After completing my studies in Human Resource Management, I started working at YER in 2021. I recruit candidates for clients in the social sectors. Our team maintains strong ties with municipalities across the country and every day we are increasing our brand awareness. In working with candidates and clients, I am considerate, engaging and enthusiastic. I quickly put people at ease and create a convivial atmosphere. I also have a great eye for how to align an organization’s needs with a person’s ambitions. I meet with candidates in person to get to know them and establish a sense of connection. Then I can guide them effectively in their development. I can also be confident that when I put them in touch with a potential client, there is a good chance it will be the right fit.
