After my education People and Business Management I worked for in a corporate environment for the EMEA region. Here I found my passion for recruitment and to really learn the ropes regarding recruitment, I started working with YER in Eindhoven. After 5 years I made a transition to YER USA in Atlanta.

Currently, as Business Unit Manager, I'm in charge and responsible for our relatively new Maastricht office.

By being interested in the people, listening to what they really want and offering advice it is my ultimate goal to grow YERs operations in Limburg area.

I am very goal-oriented and to-the-point. My international experience allows me to discover cultural and personal habits of the people I Work with quickly. Thus, I know how to approach clients and candidates. Clients who are satisfied with our services will use our services again, because of the quality we offer. This makes me very happy!
