I graduated with a master’s in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and have served as a consultant for human capital companies since 1993. I also have five years business experience in assessments, coaching and development and am widely experienced in personnel selection at management and director level. My passion is in out-of-the-box thinking and  being creative in finding the most effective career moves for talented (young) professionals, sometimes through job crafting.
