Over the years, I’ve built on my Commercial Economics degree with various sales, coaching and assessment courses, all providing useful knowledge and skills for my various job placement positions since 2008. As a Business Development Manager at YER, my key area is recruitment and selection aimed at the expansion and acquisition of new and existing clients. In addition, as a headhunter/senior consultant I also focus on positions ranging from general management to sales and marketing positions at MT and board level. As a consultant who gets closely involved, I enjoy actively sharing my ideas about organizational goals, and I’m strongly convinced that the right people make all the difference for you as a client in achieving your objectives.
