When I first entered the world of job placement, I mainly worked with candidates. However, since joining YER in 2020, I’ve developed into a valuable discussion partner for clients striving to structurally outsource their recruitment processes. My area of specialization is the spatial domain. To effectively address the recruitment requirements in this dynamic sector, I closely follow trends in the Netherlands such as the climate agreement, the energy transition, the housing shortage, the nitrogen crisis and the new Environmental Act. When working with others, I identify opportunities instead of focusing on obstacles. My approach is straightforward and transparent. I share my thoughts with organizations on their strategies, and I discuss the specifics of candidates’ aspirations to find out what they’re looking for. Both candidates and clients may expect a realistic picture in advance of what I can do for them. My highest goal is to have satisfied clients and candidates, both in the early stages and the long run.
