After I obtained my Associate Degree in Business Administration in 2021, I started working in job placement. Since September 2022, I’ve been working at YER as a Recruitment Consultant & Account Manager. I help both candidates and clients with job openings in operations, where my principal focus is on positions for machine builders and maintenance, service and electrical engineers. My personal engagement enables me to get to the core of your ambitions as a professional, and finding a subsequent match really fires my enthusiasm. I also draw great satisfaction from brainstorming with clients at a strategic level about future developments. Despite my analytical attitude, my approach is very specific and goal-oriented; I prepare for every situation thoroughly, and work efficiently at the same time.
