Immediately after completing my HRM degree at a university of applied sciences in 2013, I started working in job placement. I joined YER in March 2016, where my main area of work is placement in the social domain. After starting out as a recruiter, I progressed to become a senior consultant and was then promoted to Business Unit Manager in 2023. In my managerial role, I enjoy sharing my passion for the profession and working methods with colleagues. My goal as a consultant for clients and candidates is to ensure satisfaction in the broadest sense of the word. In my network, I’m known for my engagement, openness, clear communication style and positive outlook. I’m not a taker; I bring something to the table by sharing my thoughts and brainstorming with you, and advising you honestly and openly.
