In my role as a Talent Development Coach at YER, I facilitate talents, that work for different clients throughout the Netherlands, in their personal development. I help them to take/regain control over the things that matter to them. A life where you are in control and can go for the things you find important, is something I wish for everyone! With my endless curiosity for human behavior, I have an eye for both people and results.

I finished a Master in Psychology at Tilburg University and completed two additional courses (Practitioner and Senior Practitioner) in Life & Career Coaching. In my network I am known for being an empathic and organized person, with strong communication skills, analytical skills and a focus on results.
