After studying Commercial Economics, I worked in business development and account management roles before settling into job placement in September of 2019. Since then, I’ve been creating win-win situations for candidates and clients, and finding employees who continue their development in the new role. I accomplish this with flexibility, engagement, a sense of adventure and a focus on solutions. My winning attitude quickly shines through in discussions with all stakeholders in recruitment projects. Along with the candidate and the client, I find smart partnerships and plot out the next steps, which I always follow through on.
