After studying psychology, I worked in HR and as a recruiter of IT professionals. I gradually developed a passion for personal development that I bring to my work as a Talent Development Coach at YER. My approach is unique in that I combine a sharp mind with a gentle touch. This allows me to quickly see where your challenges lie and guide you through them patiently and carefully.
