After my studies in International Business & Languages, I started working as a customer success manager. The focus here was on maintaining and improving existing relationships. Through courses and work experience, I was able to improve my communication and commercial skills in particular.
Since February 2024, I have been using these skills for and at YER, where it's my job to help civil engineering professionals land exciting jobs within the government. Both my colleagues and employees tell me that I am a calm and thoughtful conversation partner. From that point of view, I can really offer a helping hand to civil engineers and their careers within municipalities or other government institutions.
