The yacht building team, of which I am responsible for, specializes in national and international recruitment of highly skilled technical professionals, managers and specialists for the Dutch superyacht building industry. We strive to be a valued full-service recruitment partner for leading shipyards, engineering and design offices, professional associations and other companies in the industry. We also want to expand our activities to Germany. Besides being involved in recruitment for many years, I also have gained extensive practical experience on various luxury yachts.
