I started recruiting for the insurance industry in 2012 and joined YER's leading insurance team in 2018. My focus is on placing candidates in interim and permanent roles in insurance and brokerage firms. Over the years I have gained extensive experience and built a strong network. To achieve the right fit between client and candidate, I make sure their aims are aligned. This involves identifying their requirements and ensuring that their desires converge. If concessions are needed, I serve as the liaison to bring them together. In offering advice, I not only consider the here and now but also anticipate the future. I help candidates identify their long-term career goals and talk to clients about their vision for the long-term and the related recruitment needs.
