Having gained a degree in Human Resources Management, I started recruiting for the government and public sector in 2007. I joined YER in 2017. My ability to combine knowledge and experience with personal commitment and drive results in optimal matches. This approach also has the advantage of increasing the likelihood that relationship between the candidate and client will last. By getting candidates and organizations to be specific about their ambitions, I help them achieve their aims. I identify all the possibilities and point out where the opportunities lie. Paying close attention to the needs of both, I clarify motivations and create an action plan. Being both personal and thorough in my approach and direct in my communication, I quickly put clients and candidates in touch with each other. Then I persist until I find them the best possible match.
