In 2018, I joined YER's mechanical engineering team as a recruitment consultant. I’ve since taken the step to become a business consultant, and I’m part of a new team dealing with a new market: software application development. I provide job placement services for software developers (fullstack, back-end, front-end), software testers (manual, automation, system level), scrum masters, agile coaches, release train engineers, product owners and UX/UI designers. The IT market is changing rapidly, so we stay in close contact with clients and candidates. On the one hand, we’re in constant dialogue with professionals about their passions, ambitions and opportunities, while on the other, we consult with clients and potential clients about what they need, and translate their wishes to the market. By taking a down-to-earth, critical and purposeful approach, we offer considerable transparency so that both sides benefit from a fruitful collaboration.
