After earning my Master in Commercial Economics, I gained international work experience heading up a sales and marketing department. I’ve been with YER since 2005, where I find the right openings for specialists with high potential, initially as a headhunter, and currently as a managing consultant. My playing field is diverse, spanning general management, sales, marketing & communication, HR, IT, finance, operations, supply chain and technology. 

Knowledge does not automatically translate into results. Carefully screening candidates for product and market knowledge may find the most knowledgeable and impressive candidate, but not necessarily the most capable one. When you only screen for knowledge, you overlook skills. That’s why you also have to look at the critical competencies needed to get the job done. As a dedicated, determined, analytic and goal-oriented person, I find leads others may not see, to make the right match. This way, I help clients and candidates get the most out of their collaboration.
