In my work, I guide new entrants with a scientific education, such as technology and IT students, to find inspiring jobs. Our team works closely with student associations to reach this group, and we often organize formal and informal events where we explain what the employment market has in store for students, share practical insights, and give educational workshops. The students really appreciate this, because it turns out that many of them don't know where to start. The individual person is central in every job placement process, and that inspires me enormously. I like chatting with new entrants so we can find out their ambitions and needs together, then put them in touch with interesting employers. In addition, I attach great importance to ensuring the match with the corporate culture is right, and the terms of employment suitable. With my infinite energy, enthusiasm and perseverance, I’m committed to creating lasting happiness at work for everyone.
