I transitioned from HR advice to YER in 2022. Now, as a Talent Specialist with a focus on IT, I make contact with students and organize job market orientation training courses, events and information evenings. This is a fun and engaging way for students to come into contact with the job market and YER’s Talent Development Programs.

I do my work with patience, empathy, understanding and enthusiasm, so I can help students and prepare them for their working lives. By offering advantages such as job application training and career coaching, it’s easier to link students and clients. This gives me great satisfaction, since I’m helpful by nature.
