With already 2 years of experience in recruitment, I started at YER in 2023 as a Consultant Mechatronics. I completed my bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management in 2022 and during my graduation internship I started working in recruitment. Within YER I focus mainly on HBO and WO candidates with a background in mechatronics.
I would describe myself as a driven consultant with a genuine interest in the people I speak to. By having a personal conversation with candidates, I am well aware of their qualities and ambitions. With this knowledge I ensure that I can make the best matches between professionals and clients.
