I’ve been working in YER as a job placement specialist for the construction industry since September 2019. What empowers me is being able to find the ideal match between an interesting client and a talented candidate. Thanks to my extensive network in the construction industry, more specifically within the area of maintenance and renovation, I understand the market through and through.

I’m passionate about working in a goal-oriented, energetic and careful way to make the right match, especially with new entrants to the employment market. However, I also enjoy helping candidates without a background in the construction industry but would like to get into it. That’s something I believe in, and I do everything possible to make the right matches. In this process, I use my humor, cheerfulness and directness to ensure everything runs smoothly and I can be sure that a candidate and client will click.
