After studying Human Resource Management, I joined YER in 2017. Initially, I worked for the banking sector, then switched to the social sectors. In this area, I rely on my curiosity, enthusiasm and goal-oriented approach to connect clients and candidates.

I value lasting client relationships which strengthen over time, and I don’t give up. Clients therefore value my work, and know that I fulfillmy promises. I ask questions about needs, I set goals, and I identify the ambitions on both sides of the process. This approach includes examining the future perspective, to ensure collaborations are long-lasting.
