My previous experience at YER has given me a broad view within the market and I now bring more than 3 years of experience as a recruitment specialist to my role at YER. As a recruitment specialist, I mainly look for engineers and hands-on technicians with a background within mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and mechatronics, but also more broadly within installation technology, constructions and infra. Besides my knowledge of these fields, I am now also familiar with the civil engineering and finance & control sectors.
