Since October 2024, I have been working at YER as an IT Consultant. With extensive experience in various disciplines within employment mediation – from Finance & Banking to the Social Domain – and a curious outlook on the world, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people find a new future.

 My focus is on high-quality employment mediation and developing successful long-term relationships with all parties involved. With infectious optimism, I transform the commercial tension between employee and employer into a symbiotic whole, where both parties can shake hands in satisfaction.

 I quickly build connections with people, which has allowed me to develop a large network. This enables me to exceed expectations and think along to solve long-term capacity issues. Openness and honesty are the values I stand for.
