In this branch, my specialization is arranging talent for the Department of Defense. By leveraging my social skills, humor and commercial drive, I attain success in this field. With a determined and dependable mindset, I bridge the gap between demand and supply, positioning myself as a trusted business partner to clients. This allows me to seek further growth, continuously develop and challenge myself, while making sure I meet the expectations of both parties. Listening carefully and acquiring knowledge from clients plays a key role here. I look beyond the job opening, and delve into the culture on both sides of the job placement process. What’s wanted, and what are the ambitions? What is someone good at, and in what areas do they still want to improve? These questions fascinate me.
