With an academic background in Psychology, I have developed a great interest in human behavior. I value personal growth and helping people to achieve their full potential. As a trainer and coach at YER I help students and (young) professionals in their personal and professional development to ultimately grow into true professionals in their field. My approach is characterized by enthusiasm, curiosity, problem-solving ability and drive. My goal is to help students become more prepared for the labor market and to help starters grow into the professionals they want to be. With great enthusiasm I work towards this goal at YER!
