I started at YER in 2019, with a focus on job openings in the supply chain and quality management. Since January 2023, I’ve been responsible for the team that matches IT professionals with positions and traineeships for national government agencies in the Netherlands. Every candidate and client can count on my listening ear and expect constructive feedback on ideas, because that’s how we get furthest together. Achieving success in our job search together gives me energy: whether you’re a new entrant who lands your first job, or an experienced professional who accepts a final challenge before retirement. Achieving the best solutions in collaboration with clients also motivates me greatly. I work meticulously and prepare extensively, because I want to provide high-quality services and avoid unexpected situations.
