My name is Dirk de Keizer and on behalf of YER, I assist organizations in excelling in organizing and promoting 'Digital Leadership' in the broadest sense of the word. With a background in entrepreneurship, innovation management, and half a decade of experience gained at a renowned IT secondment agency, I wake up every day with the mission to promote the digital transition of the unique Dutch entrepreneurial climate.

Specifically, I help organizations to identify the organizational need for knowledge and skills required to think and act innovatively through the use of digital technologies. On the other hand, I connect ambassadors of digital transformation (i.e., entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizational developers in the field of Digital & IT) with clients and employers to set these ambitions in motion.

To achieve this impact, I have chosen to affiliate myself with one of the most experienced HR service providers in the Dutch labor market. Since 1987, YER has been helping professionals and organizations find each other and succeed together.
