My personal approach, combined with my knowledge of both the market and the people I work with, enables me to achieve the best long-term results for our clients and candidates.

Since 2016, I have been active in labor mediation, having held various roles, including Talent Manager and Branch Manager. As a Talent Manager, I focused on training mechatronics candidates, which gave me valuable experience in developing professionals and insight into the industry. With over 9 years of experience in labor mediation and a and a bachelor degree (Post HBO in Dutch) in Business Administration & Management, I can think strategically with my clients.
