After achieving a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, I moved straight to a position in recruitment. At YER since 2015, I’ve grown into a resolute, technically skilled discussion partner. I throw myself into developments within my field, which means I can paint an accurate picture of companies and the content of positions for candidates.

This enables me to match candidates with tech and engineering backgrounds with manufacturing organizations. My team and I talk to many latent candidates both inside and outside the Netherlands who would be prepared to move if offered that dream job. That means we can act quickly and flexibly in the event of job openings, with highly satisfied clients and candidates as the result. I work calmly, decisively and critically to ensure that expectations are well outlined and that job placement processes are successfully concluded.
