After my stint as an auditor at EY, I started working in recruitment for financials in 2013. I joined YER as a senior consultant in 2018. I now am responsible for the finance- and legalteam. Our focus lies on mid-executive positions (senior, management and C-level). Thanks to my financial background and years of recruitment experience, I am a knowledgeable and attentive partner who speaks your language.

My passion is bringing clients and candidates together over common ground, and helping them move forward with new insights. To discover whether the right match is possible, I take a genuine interest in open discussions with both parties on their underlying needs and motivations. To adjust expectations to reality, I share the latest outlooks on the job market. I then offer candid and transparent advice, so both parties know what they’re getting and can make a well-informed decision.
