I studied Psychology at the UvA, I’m DISC certified, and I have five years of experience in conducting assessments. Since 2015, I’ve been working in employment services. In addition, I help organizations find talented professionals who can increase their sustainability, such as sustainability managers, commercial/communications/HR assistants, and board and management members. What I really enjoy is a productive exchange of ideas with you as a client about what’s needed to realize your strategy, and then select the right candidates.
