Since 2015, I have been working in employment services. I studied Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, I’m DISC certified, and have five years of experience in conducting assessments which benefits me greatly in the selection inteviews.

As a generalist in recuitment & selection, I am intrinsically driven to help companies with sustainability strategies find the right people. In addition, I am motivated to help organizations find talented professionals who will drive their sustainable efforts, such as sustainability managers, commercial/communications/HR assistants, and board and management members. 

What I really enjoy is a productive exchange of ideas with you as a client about what is needed to realise your (sustainable) strategy, and then select the right candidates. With my personal style I assure excellent matches between companies and people who can truly make a difference.
