Carly Teunissen

After studying Communications and Multimedia Design, I accepted a position at YER as a talent acquisition recruiter. My focus is on junior positions in industries such as IT, high-tech, energy and financial services. This is my first position in the job placement sector, and I can use all my knowledge of marketing to the full. I exploit all my creativity to recruit new entrants through events, social media or other channels. People describe me as empathetic, interested and enthusiastic. In my collaborations, I listen carefully, ask questions and outline an honest expectation of the possibilities. This ensures that my communications with both candidates and colleagues are transparent.
