Within the Digital Government team, I mediate starters and juniors in the IT field with 0-2 years of work experience. The positions for which I recruit candidates are not limited to one type of position or job group. This keeps my work dynamic and challenging, because talk to a lot of candidates with diverse backgrounds within IT.

My previous work experience in sales has ensured that I can clearly understand what exactly drives a candidate. My strength lies in making a connection with a candidate. By identifying needs and wishes, I ultimately get the perfect match that both client and candidate are looking for. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing a candidate thrive in their job after they have been successfully mediated.
