I have been working in job placement since 2021. At YER, I specialize in municipalities and their operations in the physical domain. I represent municipal lawyers and professionals and recruit for roles in construction, civil engineering and spatial planning. The main focus of these roles is planning, environmental law, Dutch legislation for environmental management (WABO), traffic engineering, sustainability, housing and the energy transition. I am also the point of contact for starters. Through our traineeships, I guide them in the first steps of their careers as future environmental lawyers, spatial planning advisors and building inspectors. In liaising between candidates and clients, I try to find what unites them. I seek to understand their ambitions and where they want to go in the future. Then I focus on finding solutions and identifying all the possibilities. I am passionate about going the extra mile to increase the chances of finding the right match.
