You’ll actively drive the security and automation of cryptographic infrastructure across enterprise and product domains. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, Agile organization responsible for PKI, key lifecycle management and certificate automation.
As a Security (Cryptography) Engineer, you will be part of a DevOps-oriented Agile (SAFe) team, owning the design, development, automation, and operation of cryptographic services and IAM infrastructure. Your team is responsible for driving innovation across PKI, Key Lifecycle Management (KLM/CLM), certificate automation, and secure integration within both enterprise and product environments.

- Evolve the enterprise PKI infrastructure, including Microsoft ADCS, Keyfactor CLM, Thales CipherTrust Manager, and Luna HSMs.
- Partner closely with internal development teams to support integrations using ACME, PKCS#11, KMIP, RESTful APIs, Microsoft CNG, Java JCE, and Java Keystore.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of key processes across the crypto and IAM domains.
- Develop and implement infrastructure-as-code and self-service capabilities using Python, PowerShell, and DevOps tools.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and be a fully active Agile practitioner, not just familiar with Agile concepts.
- Act as a liaison across IT, security, development, and infrastructure teams, communicating clearly in a diverse and global environment.
- Assist in roadmap development for PKI, key management, and IAM services.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, IAM strategy, and cybersecurity policy frameworks.
- Contribute to security governance through crypto policy reviews, Certificate Policy (CP) and Certificate Practice Statement (CPS) feedback, when needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on and current experience operating and changing:
- Microsoft ADCS (Certificate Authority, PKI)
- Keyfactor or similar CLM platform
- Thales CipherTrust Manager & Luna HSMs
- Strong understanding of certificate lifecycle protocols (e.g., ACME, SCEP, EST) and integrations.
- Active in providing 1st-line support and troubleshooting for PKI and key management-related incidents.
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers and integrators on cryptographic API usage, tokens, keystores, and security libraries.
- Strong automation mindset with scripting expertise (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and use of tools like Git, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
- Agile practitioner: extensive, real-world experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments with ownership in sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.
- Clear communicator capable of engaging across multinational, cross-functional teams.
