Your Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming cloud architecture. You will drive the adoption of Cloud Native Application Designs and work closely with DevOps teams to ensure the efficient, reliable, and secure delivery of services to customers.

You will be employed by YER and seconded to our client. We offer:

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term goals of the organization by:
- Developing, managing, and maintaining the AWS Platform
- Building security automation and designing solutions
- Taking full ownership of various initiatives
- Expanding your expertise across the full AWS Cloud technology stack, including networking, security, functions, containers, and more
- Driving automation with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Helping DevOps teams transition to the Cloud
- Participating in on-call shifts as part of the team rotation
The ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience in AWS services, programming in Python, and a passion for continuous learning. To be considered, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Specialty AWS certifications)
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS development
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, Linux, databases, and DevOps practices
- Experience developing in Python and other scripting/programming languages
- Proficiency with Cloud monitoring tools (AWS CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SecurityHub)
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools like Azure DevOps and AWS deployment frameworks (CloudFormation, IAM, Lambda)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Big Data solutions
- Networking (DNS, Certificates)
- Familiarity with various application architecture patterns
