Are you ready to build smart software that helps prevent power outages and supports the energy transition? Join our Smart Cable Guard team as a Senior Software Developer and work on innovative IoT solutions used by grid operators worldwide.
As a Senior Software Developer within our Smart Cable Guard team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining advanced software solutions that monitor and protect medium-voltage power cable networks. You’ll work on innovative IoT-based technology that helps utility companies and wind farm operators worldwide improve grid reliability and prevent outages. From designing and implementing backend systems to collaborating with domain experts and customers, you’ll be involved in the entire development lifecycle. This role combines technical depth with real-world impact in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

- Master of Science in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive Professional experience in a agile software development role.
- Capability to fulfill a technical lead role in the development of software.
- Experience with React, TypeScript and C#.
- Experience developing and scaling REST APIs for various platforms.
- Experience designing and developing distributed and event-driven systems.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Nice to have Experience:
- in Redis, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes in Azure platform.
- with other enterprise server-side languages a plus (e.g., C++, Java, Python, Ruby, etc.).
- with embedded software like Rust and programming VHDL.
- with systems communication via mobile data connections.
