IT Delivery Specialist in Rotterdam
We are looking for an IT Delivery Specialist on behalf of an international asset management organization. The specialist will be part of the Reporting Services team, where they will play a key role in translating business requests into practical and scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment.
The IT Delivery Specialist reports directly to the Manager of Reporting Services and works closely with all three cross-functional teams, as well as other value streams. Their focus will be on delivering high-end, strategic, client-centric, digital, and data-driven reporting services to both internal and external stakeholders.
This role involves working on initiatives such as:
- Introducing centralized tooling
- Setting up new business-oriented tools
- Integrating AI-generated content into reporting processes
- Driving simplification and cost-efficiency improvements
The IT Delivery Specialist ensures that technical deliveries align with the organization's architectural standards and strategic goals. They serve as a liaison between business needs, development teams, and architecture stakeholders, and are responsible for maintaining clear documentation, solution blueprints, and technical specifications.
This internationally operating asset management company is known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-centric investment solutions. The successful candidate will join the Reporting Services team, part of the broader Sales, Marketing, and Reporting Value Stream.
Within this Value Stream, the focus is on delivering and continuously improving all Sales, Marketing, and Client Services applications, as well as (ESG) reporting. The team’s ambition is to expand capabilities and remain a reliable, forward-looking partner for business stakeholders, delivering high-value digital solutions across the organization.
- Monthly gross salary between €4,000 and €4,750, depending on experience
- 9 additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days, on top of standard vacation days

- Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the Netherlands
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Proficiency with architectural frameworks and methodologies
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with microservices architecture and API management
- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices
- Strong analytical skills to assess and translate complex business and technical requirements
- A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, external vendors)
- Proven ability to support projects from idea through to implementation
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A proactive, confident attitude—comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes
