Your primary focus will be on marketing procurement efficiency, particularly in ATL Creative and Production categories, ensuring our advertising investments deliver maximum value.
- Act as a specialist and expert in ATL Creative and Production procurement, providing guidance across Procurement, OpCo, Regional, and Head Office teams.
- Develop competitive supplier landscapes, lead tendering processes, and ensure optimal supplier selection for key category deals.
- Manage and enhance relationships with strategic ATL agencies, production, and technology partners to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Lead contract negotiations, secure best-in-class agreements, and oversee performance evaluations to ensure high-quality results.
- Align global and regional marketing procurement

- Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in a similar procurement role, FMCG consulting, or within creative agencies.
- Expertise: Strong background in marketing procurement, agencies, and strategic sourcing.
- Skills: Strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical & strategic insight, and supplier/category management.
- Language: Fluent in English.
