A temporary job as product data analyst
The Product Data Analyst will temporarily take over responsibilities for a colleague on maternity leave. The role involves providing analytical support to 2-3 product teams that develop and optimize retailer-focused solutions. The job is from June first till Januari 31.
The key responsibilities include:
- Setting and tracking OKRs and managing dashboarding processes.
- Defining product metrics for new and existing products in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers.
- Identifying product opportunities based on existing data.
- Developing insights to prioritize product development.
- Designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests, causal inference, diff-in-diff).
- Validating the impact of implemented solutions.
- Creating and maintaining data models to support the teams’ needs.

The required and preferred qualifications include:
Required Skills:- Proficiency in SQL, Git, dbt, and statistics.
- Experience in product development and data analysis.
- Knowledge of database modeling and maintenance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.
- Understanding of product development processes and frameworks.
- Experience with Python, Looker, Airflow, BigQuery, Jupyter Notebooks, and Jira.
- Familiarity with working in a matrix organization.
- Expertise in advanced analytics techniques that establish causal links between intervention and result (e.g., A/B testing, diff-in-diff, causal inference)
