As Logistics Supervisor Office, you will manage and coach the Office team, consisting Customer Service, Planning and Administration, in their development. You ensure that the performance standards are achieved and that your service to the customer and operation is of good quality. By using your leadership skills, the team builds a good customer relationship and the logistics operation is supported in the administration behind the order processing for the customer. In this way, you are the bridge between the customer and the logistics operation. When you see opportunities for improvements, you take them up proactively!

For the Logistics Supervisor Office in Venray we offer the following:
- Gross monthly salary between € 2.994 and € 4.145 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
- Participation in our own CEVA collective labor agreement (can be found via this link);
- 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days and the possibility to (sell) buy extra leave;
- Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
- Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
- Good pension scheme;

- Logistics experience and passion for this profession! Possibly you have followed a study in logistics or Supply Chain;
- Leadership skills, such as coaching, organizing and/or visionary thinking;
- Communication skills;
- Excellent command of the English language in speech and writing;
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
