Manager QHSE (Residence in the Netherlands)

The goals of our client are ambitious, therefore we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Manager QHSE. As Manager QHSE your responsibilities include:

• Supervise the quality of machines and/or process solutions to be delivered.
• Advising and/or taking care of the certification of machines, parts and/or employees.
• Responsible for maintaining certifications.
• Perform audits, possibly in cooperation with international auditors of customers and inspection bodies.
• Collect and where necessary coordinate any “non-conformities”.
• Coordinate and implement environmental requirements with which the company/site must comply.
• Coordinate and monitor health and safety of employees, temporary workers and visitors.
• Drive company-wide improvement processes within QHSE and ensure compliance with requirements, standards and legislation.
• Liaise with colleagues from various departments within our client, other sites, customers and suppliers in connection with audits.
• Communicate effectively, mostly in the English language, given the international nature of the work.
