The goals of our client are ambitious, therefore we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Manager QHSE. As Manager QHSE your responsibilities include:
- Supervise the quality of machines and/or process solutions to be delivered.
- Advising and/or taking care of the certification of machines, parts and/or employees.
- Responsible for maintaining certifications.
- Perform audits, possibly in cooperation with international auditors of customers and inspection bodies.
- Collect and where necessary coordinate any “non-conformities”.
- Coordinate and implement environmental requirements with which the company/site must comply.
- Coordinate and monitor health and safety of employees, temporary workers and visitors.
- Drive company-wide improvement processes within QHSE and ensure compliance with requirements, standards and legislation.
- Liaise with colleagues from various departments within our client, other sites, customers and suppliers in connection with audits.
- Communicate effectively, mostly in the English language, given the international nature of the work.

- Appropriate education at Bachelor level (supplemented by professional training/courses).
- Extensive experience in the field.
- Leadership experience.
