As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing system design, guiding a team of Engineers, and ensuring high-quality execution of electrical engineering tasks. Your work will involve designing and reviewing distribution panels, managing system integration data, and maintaining technical documentation.
- Leading and supporting Engineers working with third-party suppliers.
- Designing and supervising the development of main and sub-distribution panels.
- Reviewing, validating, and improving engineering designs.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including short circuit calculations, heat loss analysis, and power balance reports.
- Coordinating manufacturing and commissioning protocols.
- Managing project timelines, tracking changes, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Addressing system integration challenges related to I/Os, serial data, and connection details.
- Communicating effectively with project teams and clients.

- A competitive salary between €4,000 - €5,400 per month (based on knowledge and work experience).
- Competitive primary and good secondary employment.
- 38 days of annual leave: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV.
- Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
- Several years of relevant experience, preferably in the maritime sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and assertive approach.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
