HR Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join the global project team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transitioning the Time Off processes for their two Shared Service locations. This position requires a deep understanding of Employee Central, including Time Off, and the ability to analyze and develop global core HR processes through strong design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Management: Oversee Employee Central, including Time Off, ensuring efficient and effective management of the system.
- Process Analysis and Development: Analyze and develop global core HR processes via strong design of HoRizon, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Project Support: Assist senior Digital specialists and project managers to ensure projects and operational work run as efficiently as possible.
- Application Continuity: Work closely with IT to ensure the continuity of applications and compliance with RFC and legal standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement improvements according to a continuous improvement mindset.

The company operates in 29 countries and employs over 20,000 people. Its products, which include milk, yogurt, cheese, infant nutrition, and desserts, are available in more than 100 countries. For there head office in Amersfoort i'm seeking for a HR administrator.
This is a temporary position for long term sickness. An extension is possible!
- 32 hours per week
- 1-2 days working from home
- 25 holidays
- 3,5% year-end bonus
- 0,21 cent travel allowances
- Master degree in HR, Business Administration and/or IT with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field of global Digital HR;
- Proven experience with Shared Services / Service Delivery processes;
- Experience with SuccessFactors / Workday;
- Experience with functional management of Core HR is a must;
- Experience with agile way of working
- Strong analytical and influencing skills;
- Experience with the link between SuccessFactors / Workday and other downstream systems (integrations) in close cooperation with IT Architect(s) is a pre;
- Fluently English both written and verbal.
