We are now looking for Localization Project Manager to further facilitate the growth of Howden's Product Lines globally!
The Project Manager Localization
- Leads the activities on all product and solution localization projects within HTC: ensure clarity on the objectives and goals, owns the project schedules, lead the teams, coordinate with departments and management, owns the risks and opportunities, report to management
- Coordinates with the other Chart entities on the localization projects, as HTC main point of contact. Ensure constant alignment on progress, plans and objectives between HTC and the receiving site.
- Supports and ensures the entities where solutions are localized progress as planned and that the receiving party meet the agreed requirements and deliverables
- Ensures that the localized products or solutions ultimately meet the market requirements
- Provides HTC inputs to the business cases prepared by the entities that are candidates for localization
Project management will follow the global guidelines defined by the company for the localization projects.
Usually, the HTC Project Manager Localization would liaise on each project with the Global Project Manager in charge (from the receiving unit in most of the cases); however, it is possible that the HTC Project Manager Localization also acts as global project manager for some projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- English
- Bachelor
- Project Management (education or experience), risk assessment
- Understanding of Production and Supply Chain processes and of QA and QC requirements and processes
- Communication skills: adapting to the audience (level, diverse business cultures), efficient in international environment; oral and written (reporting, presenting, convincing, influencing)
- Experience in working in a global company with direct contact with remote / regional teams
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Master degree
- Process definition, process improvement, lean basic education
- Experience of knowledge formalization, transfer and or training
Complexity and Creativity
- Variety of product lines and served applications
- Several projects running in parallel with several Chart entities
- In dynamic markets contributing to global energy production and consumption changes, emerging applications need new solutions
- Leading transfer of knowledge and know-how across the product lines of the company, including the implicit / non formalized / under-documented aspects
- Variety of project stakeholders with various needs and expectations (Chart Management, Receiving BU’s, Rheden site, Customers
TRAVELS
- Travels (from a few days to 2 weeks) would likely be required for specific projects to support the global Chart teams
- Traveling time is not expected to be more than 20% in average
