Client Reporting Specialist - FinTech
As a Client Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and refining the technical processes that support client reporting. Your responsibilities include:
- Streamlining reporting workflows by coordinating inputs from various departments and systems.
- Overseeing the full reporting lifecycle, from data collection to final report delivery.
- Ensuring the timely production of high-quality, accurate reports tailored to client needs.
- Translating complex data into clear, understandable formats for client-facing documents.

The Client Reporting team, based in Rotterdam, is part of the Investment Services & Reporting division. This diverse and international team of eight professionals specializes in crafting accurate and timely reports for wholesale and institutional clients. Reports range from standard recurring documents to bespoke solutions designed for specific client requirements. The ideal candidate has a mix of technical expertise, analytical ability, and a client-centric mindset. Specific requirements include:
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with process automation tools such as Python.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Attributes:
- A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Language:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
