Teledyne Dalsa is looking for a project manager to support the growing business and new product developments for the X-ray detectors for use in medical applications. In the position of project manager, you take responsibility with your team for the development of X-ray detectors and its technology. These developments include all steps starting from the design of X-ray conversion stack, development of electronics, software, and mechanics up to assembly and test of the complete medical X-ray detector, as well as the manufacturing technology.
Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Create and maintain the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing using a defined product creation process.
- Leading, managing, and coordinating with cross-functional groups for the execution and release of new medical X-ray detectors.
- Managing the project deliverables as agreed with the MT on time, according to specifications, and within the agreed budget.
- Managing the risks and issues in your project.
- Interaction with other project managers and group leaders on allocation of people to your project.

What we they looking for in a colleague:
- With an Engineering Degree in Electronics or Physics (HBO or University).
- With a track record in project management of at least five years.
- Who is quality driven.
- Who has affinity with electronics, software, mechanics as well as high-tech manufacturing processes.
- With good documentation practices and project- and stakeholder management skills.
- With the ability to lead a team of highly trained professionals in technologically challenging multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects.
- Who has good knowledge of English. It would be great if you have also:
- Understanding the requirements of quality management systems for medical devices (ISO13485).
- Are familiar with risk management (ISO13971).
- Have a formal project management certification.
