Indirect Procurement Manager (freelance)
As an Indirect Procurement Manager EU, you will be responsible for managing indirect procurement categories across the European region. Your role will focus on delivering cost efficiencies, optimizing supplier relationships, and aligning procurement strategies with organizational goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect spend categories such as IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services, and Facilities.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure best-value agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sustainability objectives.
- Report on procurement activities, savings, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

- Proven experience in indirect procurement within an international or regional context (minimum 5 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of European procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
