Trading and Third Party Accountant (intercompany) - Danone Baby and Medical Nutrition Nederland B.V.

The Danone Business Services - Danone Benelux provides business services for transactional finance and expert activities to all CBUs in the Benelux. One of these activities is Trading, whose team is located in Zoetermeer in the Netherlands

The trading team is the spider in the web of intercompany transactions within Danone. It is part of Danone Trading BV which acts as a central entrepreneur in the global buy-sell model within Specialized Nutrition division. As such the team manages both inbound and outbound flows from/to Sales units (SU's) and Supply points (SP's), ensures proper application of the transfer pricing / TP policy and safeguards key elements like the technical and VAT setups within the model. The activities are mainly intercompany and are mixed between purchase to invoice (inbound from SPs and 3rd party vendors) and sales order to invoice (Outbound to SUs) processes for 80 CBU's in 40 countries.

Trading team is connected to many departments and entities all over the world. Every trading team member is responsible for a set of sales units and supply points.

As an Intercompany& 3rd Party accountant you are responsible for:

''Purchase to pay'' and ''order to cash'' processes for vendors (Danone factories & 3rd Party manufacturers) and customers (Danone Sales Units within SN division). This means processing their invoices, managing their queries, ensuring the correct accounting of intercompany flows and managing the intercompany reconciliation and payment on a timely and accurate basis. In addition, the team is increasingly involved with SP and SU projects Themis SAP projects, New SP/SU set up projects, new flow set up projects, etc to ensure correct implementation of and alignment with the global buy-sell model.

• 0-2 years of relevant working experience (i.e. Accounts Payable or Intercompany Accountant)
• Fluent in English - Dutch is not necessary
