Workshop Manager
HiSERV Netherlands is currently seeking to recruit a Workshop Manager for the Airport Amsterdam Schiphol in The Netherlands who will oversee and grow their operations in this region. Key responsibilities will include building and managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic growth in alignment with the company’s vision. This is a pivotal role as HiSERV expands its footprint in the Dutch market, requiring a professional who can serve as both a leader and a strategic partner to the organization.
- Workshop Setup: Plan and execute the setup of the workshop for motorized GSE, including layout design, equipment procurement, and installation.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise workshop staff, ensuring a high level of performance and safety.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all GSE, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the workshop budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on workshop activities, performance, and issues.

- Indication of salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year (dependent on experience) plus Bonus structure based on performance,
- Additional benefits including pension scheme and travel allowance.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Business Development: Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Operations Management: Expertise in coordinating day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Planning of the workshop, operation motorized and non-motorized GSE.
- Industry Experience: Preferably a background in aviation services or Agricultural industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align local operations with HiSERV’s broader organizational goals.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
